The seasons soup

This is the soup season ... And my mom is super cool in making soups ... Here's one of her special ones which get made once a month sadly because not many soup lovers in my family you see ...




Ingredients(Quantity depending on how many you are serving):
> Celery
> Carrots
> Spring Onion
> Peppers (AKA Shimla Mirch) 
> Green Peas
> Garlic 
> Green coriander 
> Pasta 


Method:
-  First in 1tbsp Oil fry the onions till light brown, 
- Then add all the vegetables and add water about 1 litre, Salt, Pepper, Spices, small chopped tomato, chopped garlic and leave for about 20-50 minutes.
- To thicken the soup get , 2 spoons of cornflour mixed in hot water an pour into the soup. 
-  Boil pasta ... chop them and add them to the soup.
-  For garnishing you can add coriander on top ...
